დაიბადა ქ. წულუკიძეში. 1889 წელს დაამთავრა ხარკოვის უნივერსიტეტის სამედიცინო ფაკულტეტი. დახელოვნდა პეტერბურგში - ოტის კლინიკაში. იყო დაბა ხონის საავადმყოფოს მთავარი ექიმი, ქართველთა შორის წერა-კითხვის გამავრცელებელი საზოგადოების წევრი, ურთიერთდამხმარე საკრედიტო საზოგადოების თავმჯდომარე, საზოგადო მოღვაწე.
