დაიბადა ქ. თბილისში. 1941 წელს დაამთავრა მოსკოვის I სამედიცინო ინსტიტუტი. მედიცინის მეცნიერებათა კანდიდტი, სადისერტაციო შრომა - "მასალები სიმპათიკური ნერვული სისტემის როლის შესწავლისათვის ექსპერიმენტული ჰიპერტენზიების გენეზში ღვიძლის ზოგიერთ ბიოქიმიურ მაჩვენებლების მიხედვით" (1950). დოცენტი. საქართველოს სსრ ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის სამინისტროს მ. წინამძღვრიშვილის სახელობის კლინიკური და ექსპერიმენტული კარდიოლოგიის სამეცნიერო-კვლევითი ინსტიტუტის დირექტორი.
