The questionnaire construction process consisted of three stages. Stage 1 - 100 students listed characteristics and behaviors of teachers; stage 2 - the list was made clear through focus group interviews, stage 3 - the questionnaire was worked out and the pilot study carried out, based on which the final version of the questionnaire was prepared. Finally, the teacher rating study was conducted via the newly constructed questionnaire at the department of psychology, TSU. The results show both: positive and negative evaluation thus providing space for serious changes at the department, which are on their way.
