Thanks to modern Georgian numerals the Georgian numbering system is neither decimal nor twenties. In the Georgian oral numbering there were elements of twenties, which has no place in the categories of numeration. The written numberring is only Indo-Arabian, item decimal. It is necessary to proceed on the decimal system. As it shown the Georgian fractional numerals are not numerals, because they do not designate number. The present condition of the Georgian numerals does not correspond with reality. The article presents a new classification of Georgian numerals and definitions are also given.
