Biography

სომეხ მხატვართა ოჯახი. ცხოვრობდნენ XVII-XIX საუკუნეებში. ოჯახის უფროსი ჰოვნათან ნაღაში საქართველოს მეფის ვახტანგ VI-ის სასახლის კარის მხატვარი იყო. ნაღაშის შვილები აკოფ ჰოვნათანიანი (დ. 1692 - გ. ?) და არუთინ ჰოვნათანიანი (დ. 1706 ან 1707 - გ. ?) და მოწაფეები უმთავრესად წიგნის ილუსტრაციაზე მუშობდნენ. მათ ნაღაშთან ერთად მოხატეს ეჩმიაძინის ტაძარი. ფრესკების მხატვარი.
