The Biographical Dictionary of Georgian Athletes covers Georgians and citizens of Georgia who played an important role in the history of Georgian sport and won at least one prize in any sport competition. The Biographical Dictionary contains winners of Georgian and International competitions, including Soviet Games and Spartakiads.

The project aims at publishing the biographies of all Georgian athletes.

Biography

დაიბადა თბილისში. (აკადემიური ნიჩბოსნობა). ევროპის ჩემპიონატის მესამე პრიზიორი (1973 _ რვაადგილიანი ნავი), სსრკ სამგზის ჩემპიონი (1973, 74 _ რვაადგილიანი; 1976 _ ოთხადგილიანი მესაჭით) და ორგზის მესამე პრიზიორი (1971, 75 _ რვაადგილიანი). XXI ოლიმპიადაზე სსრკ ნაკრების შემადგენლობაში იყო სათადარიგო წევრის სტატუსით (1976, მონრეალი). საერთაშორისო კლასის სპორტის ოსტატი. საქართველოს ნიჩბოსნობისა და კანოეს ეროვნული ფედერაციის ვიცე-პრეზიდენტი (1995-იდან).
